What areas do you serve?

What are your hours?
Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM. Sunday is reserved for emergencies.
Who does the repair?
Joe, the owner. He has more than 20 years of experience and does every job himself.
Is Joe certified?
Yes. Joe is certified in the repair methods Hometech offers.
Do you offer same-day service?
Often, yes. Call early in the day for the best chance of a same-day visit.
Do you repair commercial equipment?
Yes: walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines, commercial cooking and laundromat equipment.
Which brands do you work on?
Whirlpool, Bosch, LG, Samsung, KitchenAid and other major brands. Brand names do not imply factory authorization.
Will you tell me if a repair is not worth it?
Yes. Joe gives an honest repair-versus-replace answer before any work starts.
Do you arrive on time?
Yes. Being on time is part of how we work, and we call if anything changes.
How do I book?
Book online or call 602-486-1901.
What should I have ready?
The brand, model number and what the appliance is doing. A photo of the model label helps.
Does hard water affect my appliances?
Yes. Valley water is very hard and causes scale in water heaters, dishwashers and ice makers.
Do you repair water heaters?
Yes, gas and electric tank heaters and tankless units.
